Hoglympics IDO Is Coming — May 3rd, 3:00 PM UTC
We’re pleased to introduce the Hoglympics project to Solcubator as the first of many IDOs to come. Hoglympics favored us amongst a few other top-tier Solana launchpads, considering our active community and short-term availability to launch a project. We feel honored because of the opportunity, enabling us to mark our return once and for good. The past ten days were dedicated to ensuring our launchpad is IDO-ready. And here we are, the Hoglympics IDO will take place on Tuesday, May 3rd, at 3:00 PM UTC.
Beware that the Solcubator team always employs an extensive due diligence process when searching for a prospective IDO. All certified SOLC projects go through a KYC process either with an established third-party or us.

About Hoglympics
The Hoglympics is a next-gen crypto metaverse project incorporating esports with Solana blockchain technology, NFTs, and decentralized finance to produce an immersive, play-to-earn Olympic soccer game.
It’s an easy-to-pick-up game, alluring because of its competitive and addictive play-to-earn nature, which can attract millions of unexposed audiences to blockchain technology.
As the platform develops, more games will be added to the Hoglympics.
Gameplay
A classic game starts with selecting 4 Hogs per team, each playing a different position. The following positions are available: Goalkeeper, Defender, Midfielder, or Striker. Every Hog has a set of natural abilities that make it more suitable for a particular role.
A game lasts for about 10 minutes and consists of two halves after which there would be a winning team. Otherwise, a penalty shoot-out will commence deciding the winner.
Matches are played in Stadiums that are owned by players and can be watched by other players (Viewers). Stadium owners are rewarded for each game they host, while viewers influence the gameplay by rooting for a team and increasing morale.
At the end of the game, the $HOGS are divided and distributed among the winning team (75%), the Stadium owner (17.5%), and the viewers who have rooted for the winning team (7.5%)
There are 3 Game Modes: Training, Hognations, and Ultimate Team.
Token Utility
$HOGS is the in-game currency fueling the game’s economy. It is the native token of the platform that powers the ecosystem.
The Hognomics token ($HOGS) can be used by players for breeding new Hogs, constructing new Stadiums, and purchasing consumable items in the game’s store relevant to Hog owners, Stadium owners, and viewers. There are also loot boxes that can be opened for random objects, such as tokens, consumables, and NFTs. Hoglympics’ platform will be governed by a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), where $HOGS is the governance token.
There are multiple ways players can accumulate $HOGS, and the most convenient way is by purchasing it from a DEX or by opening loot boxes. Players can earn $HOGS by playing matches (including special events), being a viewer, and hosting games in Stadiums.
The Hoglympics IDO will take place on Tuesday, May 3rd, at 3:00 PM UTC.
Considering our staking functionality is still under maintenance, you will need to hold at least 30,000 SOLC, which guarantees you a Bronze allocation in the upcoming IDO.

As promised, we’re granting our early holders a higher tier relative to their current holdings, including any (inaccessible) staked tokens. Given the current price conditions and our updated tier system, we believe this is a positive step for the community. - 24 hours before the sale begins, the conversion rate from SOL:USD will be set ($HOGS is priced at $0.025 in SOL per token);
- Moreover, a corresponding maximum guaranteed allocation amount for each participant will be set;
- Tiered SOLC holders who wish to participate must then acquire or hold enough SOL (in their Sollet or Phantom wallet) to fund their desired investment;
- When the sale starts at 3:00 PM UTC on May 3rd, tiered SOLC holders may buy up to a max allocation (TBD per tier);
- The sale is carried out on a guaranteed allocation basis, lasting for a possible three rounds. The unsold tokens of the first round would be sold in the second round (twenty minutes after the pool opened), where each tiered SOLC holder will receive an additional tier-based allocation.
- In rare cases, if there’s still any unsold allocation after 40 minutes, a third (FCFS) round will be open until the allocation is exhausted;
- Shortly after the IDO is finalized, we will communicate a token distribution time, and the HOGS token will be tradeable on Raydium. Your tokens are automatically released to your wallets at TGE;
